Ok, some pics finally! YAY!
June 19, 2006, we did a half-day tour of the sights of Bangalore. It was all Chris was here for, unfortunately. But we had a good time and got out for most of the day. We hired a car and driver who spoke English really well and set out early in the day. Preeti, Avinesh, Akash, Chris, Nadia and I had a good time together. Maya opted to stay at home to play with her 10-year-old second-cousin, Riya. :-)

Glass House at Lalbagh Gardens
This Glass House is used for exhibitions and functions at the garden. During those times, the side panes are all put in as well so that it is completely enclosed. |

Nadia getting her henna done at the Bull Temple
Rather than getting it painted on freehand, you can now buy stamps and henna ink and do it yourself. I bought a few stamps and the henna ink to take back with me. |

All done!
